Brought to you by Athlete Career Transition
Athlete Career Transition are experts in matching, placing and supporting the transition of elite athletes into the high-performance business environment when they retire from sport.
The athletes that we work with bring with them differing levels of work experience and education, and although they may lack certain business knowledge and skills, they all possess numerous and desirable transferable skills from which to build upon.
Elite athletes are motivated and driven by purpose, progression and performance. Their success is built on values, mind-set and talents, which all have huge potential to transfer and impact performance in a variety of elite business environments.

OUR HIGH PERFORMERS
Former elite athletes are among the most disciplined and achievement orientated candidates entering the job market.
No matter the sporting field, elite athletes have spent their lives dedicated to achieving a single goal, overcoming challenges and obstacles greater than anything to achieve their dreams.
We've supported hundreds of elite athletes to find rewarding careers outside of their sport.

SEARCH & SELECTION
Athlete Career Transition work with the client to offer a different approach to hiring athletes. We use a unique global search, selection and assessment process that allows us present a number of appropriate athletes each with a comprehensive candidate package including profile document, psychometric assessments and one-way video interviews.
Over many years of experience in this field we have developed our Transition Assistance Program (TAP) to ensure the safe and successful transition of athletes from one high performance environment in sport to another in business. This is often the critical element which is overlooked by business when hiring athletes.
Athletes are over four times more likely to engage with well-known employer brands and even more so with companies that value what they have to offer. Amplifying the company culture, values and purpose is vital in capturing the interest of the best athletes and building a pipeline for the future.
