EY Recruiter Academy is an industry-leading career transition programme that prepares candidates for careers in recruitment.


The exclusive 12-month programme gives individuals from all backgrounds the opportunity to learn and work together before joining EY’s multi-award-winning recruitment team.


Once training is completed, successful graduates can become a permanent Recruitment Advisor at EY, work on their own portfolio of internal clients, and develop a career within the Talent sector and broader business at EY.
