About the role
The New Business Executive is a new role for the New Business Sales Team. Working alongside the Sales Manager and wider sales GTM team, the New Business Executive will be responsible for increasing new business revenues to Resource Solutions through proactively sourcing new business across the EMEA landscape.
The role includes:
· Sourcing new clients, then undertaking development activities to engage and qualify those clients.
· Managing the sales cycle, from need-creation and justification, to solution, negotiation and closure.
· Continual engagement, through virtual teams, developing client-focused propositions.
· Working closely with the sales manager and wider growth team to develop leads, opportunities and progress campaigns.
