Equinix are currently reaching out to recruit a Global Service Desk Agent, a role that would be perfect for para athletes, post-sport.
The candidate must be German and/or Dutch-speaking and will join the Equinix team based in Frankfurt, Germany.
The role
The successful candidate will gain expertise in taking care of different customers and challenges, from resetting a password to handling complex datacentre issues for one of our biggest customers. With your effort, our customers can continue their day-to-day business from your direct contribution.

Responsibilities include Customer Support
· Provide support by addressing customer requests, inquiries, and/or questions through email, phone, or live chat troubleshoot, document, escalate, and manage trouble resolution in the best interest of the customer and company
· May provide support in one or more languages
· Work on tasks outside of the queue as assigned by management
Qualifications
· Proven years of experience preferred
· Bachelor's degree preferred
