Athlete Career Transition (ACT) are a World leading athlete transition business who support elite athletes' transition from sport into places of work across the Globe. Headquartered in the UK, ACT was founded in 2010 through a combination of the career transition experiences of ACT's co-founders, retired Welsh International Rugby Union brothers, Andy and Steve Moore.

We currently have an opening for an operations support role to join our team. This varied role will support all elements of the business, from athlete and business partner identification through to process management, administrative duties and ongoing athlete support.

The ideal candidate will be a self-starter and as the role will require remote-working, the ability to work independently and manage their own task list / workload is vital.
Desirable Skills / Experience;

Proficient in Office 365

Tech Savvy with the ability to learn new systems quickly

Highly organized

Highly proficient in Excel-style database management (You will be expected to manage systems such as AirTable and Wix Databases)

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
